"It’s a nice, clean hotel at a good price and a great location but it’s very disorganized. It seems they had recently changed the room numbering and it took us quite a while to find our room with minimal help. Our room did not have a TV remote and when we called reception they told us there was nothing they could do. The water pressure in the shower was very low. We had no coffee packets in our room, and the wifi didn’t work. The airport shuttle was convenient but we had to flag the driver down...

"I got bumped from a flight out of Marco Polo Venice airport so I was forced to find accommodations until the following morning. I elected to go for something closer to VCE, preferably with a shuttle from and back to the airport. While the Crowne Plaza advertises a free shuttle they only provide it if you reserve it 24 hours in advance. I learned this after securing the reservation so I had to cough up 45€ for a taxi to get there. The Crowne Plaza is only about 16km from the airport but it...

"This property was immaculate, classic & cozy. Bedding included sheets only and the rooms get very cold. Bring an extra blanket if needed. Personally I loved it! The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to the airport. You will need to walk to the bus stop if traveling to Venice which is about a 10 commute. Take bus # 5. We would come back!"

"It’s a nice place, I love that windows open. No gym, but nice neighborhood to take a walk. Close to the train station. Over all it was a nice choice for a last minute reservation at 1:00 am in the morning when arriving in Italy."

"Hotel was good for our 1 night stay before fleeing out (15-20 minute walk to the airport). Our shower did not drain though and the water was up to the top of the basin. Otherwise we appreciated the short walk from the bus stop coming from Venice (island), the AC, the restaurants right next to the hotel, and the breakfast items that were out in the morning."

"Great stay for travelers who don’t want to get a hotel in Venice proper. Very easy to get to the train and the ride was 3€ and 20min away. Lovely hotel! We stayed on the 3rd floor. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was perfect. Was able to schedule a 3am driver to the airport. Only complaints are the elevator not making it up to the 3rd floor (we had heavy luggage) and the lighting was a little too dim at night in the room."

"The rooms are new and quite nice in appearance and functionality. The deck area is a small, shared space and for some reason they only offer one pillow for the bed. The proprietors were friendly but one doesn't really need to interact with them to check in and out. The location is close enough to Ortisei. There was construction next door but it wasn't a bother. I could hear people getting up in the morning but road noise was not an issue. I would stay here again."

"helpful team and the hotel was positioned near the airport. Great for a short stay in the area. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was large in size. Good water pressure and a firm but not hard bed. Loved having a restaurant underneith for the amenities. 15 cab to the airport and easy to get a ferry to Venice if needed."
