"I'm asking refund for the booking on 6/15. Our train arrived late that day, but I sent the message repeatedly earlier asking for instructions to get the key. There was no single response. When we arrived in the midnight, with neighbors help, got in the gate, found the building, got in the entrance, in the room box there was no key at all. Called the owner many times, there was no response. We have to find somewhere else to stay that time!"

"El chek in fue confuso, tardaron en atender, se tiene que marcar a un numero llegando pero normalmente somos turistas extrangeros , lo que hace dificil marcar para comunicarse, trate de mandar memsaje y no me atendian, hasta que un vecino me ayudo a marcar el numero para que me recibieran. La limpieza terrible en general"
