"We were upgraded to penthouse so it was fab. That said check in details weren’t sent and I had to call a few times to get them. When I got them over the phone they were incorrect. Ken saved the day when we arrived. He was a gent. Penthouse was lovely. "

"Booked to stay as we were attending the wedding of our nephew. Early wedding so had to leave our bags in the car until after 2pm check-in. Not really a problem but would have been nice to hang my extra clothes earlier. Staff polite and helpful. Room OK but no aircon so quite warm. There was a desk fan in the room so that helped. Breakfast was good with a variety of continental and cooked breakfast. Refreshed regularly"
