"Park Plaza Riverbank was nice but the staff is t as professional or helpful. Specifically the head of concierge or head of guest services or guest relations manager. She was a bit combative and not as helpful. Needs to improve her communication skills"

"Great stay within ten minutes walk to London Eye snd Westminster. Check in was tedious but the concierge staff made up for this. Travelled with my child and felt very safe at this hotel. The hotel is within two minutes walk to Lambeth tube station so easy access to all parts of London"

"Great location close to Waterloo Station and Southbank. 24 hour convenience shop across the road 5 minutes to Southbank and London Eye. You can't beat Premier Inn for a comfortable stay."

"The light switches in the room was mm crazy. It took me 5 days to discover the switch for the night light in the bathroom!! Regulating the room thermostat never got figured out in 6 days, but at least the ac unit was quite. No housekeeping on weekends is a negative. Breakfast is a winner. Location is quite good and near both bus lunes and the subway. Would go back there gladly. Good value for the money."

"Some of the staff didn’t know how to get to some of the locations we were looking for because the trams weren’t working, but other that. That, everyone was great. You could hear when other people flushed their toilets or slammed a door, but it was pretty quite from outside noise."

"Checking in was perfect and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty nice, with two exceptions. The shower didn't provide warm water and the air conditioning was nonexistent. "

"The room was clean but it was a room for the handicapped and there were no more rooms available per staff, glad to know they have this type of room if needed the only inconvenience was the sink was low and for it to be this type of room was very far from the elevator. It is hard to push your luggage on carpet. The breakfast was buffet style and the selection was nice. The bar was good as well. This hotel was close to the attractions in London but be prepared for walking. The staff was very friendly. The concierge was my favorite because he made our stay much more enjoyable with his knowledge and arrangements for tho On and of Bus tour, Buckingham Palace, taxi…etc. Out of 10 I give it an 8!!"
