"Hotel Felix was very clean and the front desk people were helpful. Our room was very small with two beds and there was no room for three people to open our luggage and stay organized. I used the gym on the second floor twice. Although there was a huge selection of weights, there were no 10 pounders or 20 pounders, but four sets of 15 lbs and 25 lb weights. The location close to Mag Mile was fantastic and there is a Starbucks, McDonald’s and Walgreens close by. "

"What a beautiful hotel! The customer service was impeccable! Lilly was at the front desk and was amazing answering all of your questions. The staff makes you feel at home. This hotel has the best vibe with people connecting with others at the bar. The bartenders were amazing and can make any drink. The location was convenient to the beach and Navy Pier. You can walk to just about anywhere. I could go on and on about how great this place was and I will definitely be back soon! This hotel is a 10/10!!!Love it!"
