"The pool was small and I felt like it was not clean. Kids couldn’t even see under water with their goggles. There were a lot of kids running around without parents and we had several knocks on our door from kids messing around. We did call down to the front desk and they sent security up immediately. So that was a plus! Employees were very attentive. "

"Love this place its really convenient the management has excellente service and response only thing is the path to get into apartment 8 is pretty scarry most of the time haveing to encounter huge cat size rats not mice RATS running past you and not just one as you have to pass through and between garbage cans and under a front deck stairs to reach the room everytime although its not their fault since lakeview does have a large HUGE RAT infestation "

"Stayed here for a show at Aragon. Was a nice night so ended up walking back after the show. Was just the sort of place we needed."

"Room was small. Our room was on the 4th (top) floor so no noise from anyone above us. Bathroom was also small and the water pressure in the shower was low, not a big issue for us but it might be for other people. Very reasonable price for the area of Chicago it is in. Would stay here again."

"I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. But the lack of customer service and how I’m losing a very memorable item from an otherwise great vacation because they have no way to figure out problems with their customers is inexcusable. They avoid contact and you wonder why they need that lack of accountability."
