"Very peaceful setting and very clean. It's convenient as it's close to the freeway - but not so close that you hear the freeway. We found it to be very quiet at night. We slept with the windows open and didn't hear any traffic all night - just the crickets and birds in the morning. There is no restaurant on site but there is a great patio area to eat any meals - or we found a bar that has pretty good food - and they smoke their own pork and tri tips! It is about 10 min north of the hotel. "

"Elevator rail missing, holes in the wall, paint chipped, bathtub dirty, room rug was stained badly and filthy, leftover starbucks stir stick from previous guest. I have stayed at other La Quinta hotels before. This one was terrible. Won't stay at La Quinta again. "

"Old school cool. Redding is hot in the summer, the A/C blew cold consistently. Still be upgraded and remodeled, but the upgrades are nice. We'd definitely stay here again."
