"This home was exactly as advertised. The home is very clean, a great layout, updated, and well stocked. This home is by far the most well stocked home I have ever rented. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Quiet neighborhood. The kids saw deer walking through the wooded area in the back yard. It was a perfect place to stay and I would rent it again."

"First, the bedrooms and main areas of the house were very clean. The beds were also very comfortable, we all slept great. Sadly, the kitchen was terrible. The stove was a small propane unit that appeared to have natural gas nozzles on the burners, big tall yellow flames instead of the nice blue flame that supposed to be there. Also a burner didn’t work. We had to change our meal plan because there simply wasn’t enough utensils in the kitchen. The pots and pans were all garage sale trash. One of the cast iron skillets was used on the open fire pit and my hands still have soot because I tried to clean it. All the pots and pans were half-cleaned. I rewashed everything which was hard because there was no scrubber or sponge that wasn’t really old and kinda gross. The kitchen faucet was about to come off the sink. Don’t count on a nice charcoal barbecue, it’s more of a huge fire pit in the middle of the front yard. Finally, the supply of shampoo and bath items was very poor. There was a used big bottle of men’s shampoo and conditioner, and some hand soap for 2 bathrooms. Better bring your own. For all the room to sleep it was okay, for a cost that is more than a luxury hotel after fees it really was poorly set up and maintained."

"My husband and I had a wonderful time at the quaint lake Shasta lodge. Our dog loved running around the grassy area at the end of the property. After spending our days hiking, we relaxed with drinks and food at the friendly Klub Klondike next door (which has a dog friendly patio)."

"Great communication, they even accommodated one of our special requests. House was great, big space out front for our moving vehicle and easy to get back on to the road whilst still remaining peaceful. Would recommend to anyone."
