"I don't ever do reviews, but this hotel was great. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. They gave great suggestions on local places we would have never known or experienced. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the free breakfast was the kicker. The spread for breakfast was AMAZING. So many choices, and good, healthy choices. We do some traveling and this was by far the best "free breakfast" we have experienced. A great way to start out your day. The whole experience was just great. We enjoyed our stay very much...although the weather wasn't overly cooperative. Highly recommend!"

"It’s a 100 year old hotel that has been minimally updated, so it certainly doesn’t look fancy but it is adequate. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were basic, no pills. Window AC loud but works. Microwave and fridge in room. Cable tv. Bathtub/shower old tile and stained but clean. Towels clean and thick. No pool. WiFi seemed fine. Best thing is great location close to park, museums, restaurants, and L stop. No fills but worked for what we needed."

"Spacious, clean rooms and a wonderful staff. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast buffet staff and even housekeeping were friendly and sincere in wanting to do whatever they could to improve the experience of my stay. I like the shower with the controls on the wall opposite the shower head so you can adjust the water temp before stepping into the water. The food at the free breakfast wasn't anything special, but hey it's free so nothing to complain about. Pro tip: there's a restaurant called Apolonia on the same block and it has outstanding food and an award-winning wine list. Overall, I was very pleased with this property."

"Very nice, clean hotel. Location is good for walking to most of the local attractions if you are checking out the area. We had 0 issues during our stay, thankful that we had a room with a nice view of the city, it was wonderful!"
