This hotel suprised me as it has a immense amount of amenities. The highlight for me Was the restaurant and bar rooftop on the 22nd floor and indoor pool. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. My only concern was the lack of security within the room as I did not have a safe box to put my private belongings (passport and wallet).

The staff was attentive and helpful and efficient. I had a great checkin. The housekeeper double checked that I did not need anything when I was walking down the hall. The check out was easy. It was in a. great location and easy to walk to many attractions and lots of great places to eat.

Loved this hotel! Came to Chicago for a concert at soldier field and was able to walk there comfortably! The rooms was super clean, smelled great and the staff was super helpful and friendly! The only thing I would say is to prepare to pay for valet parking because there isn’t any in and out privileges. Self park is $52 and valet is $62 so valet saves money in the long run. Also there aren’t very many bell carts. Everything else was amazing! Would stay here again!

The room that we placed through Expedia was clean and comfortable, the view on the room was incredible. When we arrived everyone was very friendly, one of the things I didn’t like was there wan no parking which it really sucks but you have to find parking around the area and pay for it. They do have Valet but it’s a different charge as well. Overall the stay at the hotel was fun, my children and family had lots of fu

Our 2-night stay started out with a 30 minute delay due to the room not being ready. No parking on premises. Valet parking is $62, so we opted for a parking garage 2 blocks away for $44. We were there for a Chicago bears game and chose that hotel because it’s within walking distance. About 30 minutes from Soldier Field. The room was beautiful with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom had a lovely shower. There is no ice machine on every floor, and the ones we tried were not working. We ended up on 14th floor to eventually get our ice. It’s a very busy location, but staff did their best to accommodate. There is a Starbucks right next door and a few restaurants close by.

This was such a beautiful hotel! We loved the options in the lobby for food- including gluten free options! The hotel was clean and easy to navigate. I wish they would have had parking options!
