"Best hotel sleep in years, which is wild given the central location in a busy city. In-room amenities like the steamer, robe, kettle and yoga mat really elevated my stay. No onsite food except that expensive restaurant downstairs, but there’s an amazing pub literally across the street that’s huge, reasonable and open late. Free coffee in lobby was nice too. Only drawback was the lack of a desk chair in the room. There was a lounger and a table but trying to work from it for more than a few hours...

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at RIU - Chicago. The staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and the bed slept great. Happy hour on the hotel's rooftop was excellent. The city views are amazing and the drinks were great. The rooftop has heating stations at the tables and around the seating areas that allowed us to enjoy the views on the rooftop outside while staying warm. The rooftop also has an observation window that is cute and exciting! Finally, the location of the hotel is...

"Overall, I enjoyed it because it's well maintained and the view that I had was nice to me and I loved it."

"Clean room and great staff."

"Great location - 2 blocks from Michigan avenue. Nice walkable neighborhood."

"I stayed at hotel for halloweeen and the elevator stopped working and I had to take 9 flights of store to the lobby nobody notified the guest or anything letting us know what was going on … will not be staying there again"

"Love this hotel! A great atmosphere! We love happy hour and the tacos!!"

"Arlo Chicago was perfect! If you are in a wheelchair, the ADA King room was fully accessible with a low sitting bed, walk-in shower, open sinks, and enough space to get around room. It was quiet with electric blinds making it easy to open/close. The location is within walking distance of just about anything, or a bus stop and train station right out front or a block down to access train. The famous Bean site was a 2 minute walk, the Riverwalk about 5 minutes, and so much more. The parking...

"Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The pricing is fair, and the location is excellent. Traveling is effortless thanks to the hotel's one-mile shuttle service, and privacy is exceptional (we had a balcony room on the 19th floor). Overall great stay."
