"Interesting place…the first room I was given smelled really,really strong if mildew - like over the top. To get a different room I had to go get the front desk clerk from out front of the hotel where they were clearly smoking pot. The second room they assigned me was already taken with someone else’s stuff. The third room was fine - as in acceptable but nothing special. They do have a “first pet free” policy which I appreciated and the place was generally clean. Bottom line…buyer beware…"

"Acorn Motel is an older motel ... yet they have kept it updated. Heat/AC unit is a wall mount ... but kept the room warm for me (was 35 degrees when I was there). Room has a lot of room. All necessities were in room (ie: hair dryer, shampoo, soap). They are
