"Everything was great except garbage can had not been eptied in room"

"Clean, good breakfast."

"The service was exceptional, and the food was amazing! Will always book my future stays in the area with the Sheraton West Minneapolis 👌"

The lady was very frustrated, said she got to work and there was a whole new check in process on the computer that she didn’t know was going to happen. "The room and the view were amazing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and asked us if we had any problems when we checked out. Parking was great."

"The place is clean and nice"

"Clean room, comfortable bed and a restaurant on location!"

"The lobby was clean and bright. The phone was disconnected in the room…..” they haven’t worked for a year.” The advertised pool was closed for “daily maintenance “ but on inquiry it had been shut down for one month due to chlorine issues. That was a disappointment."

"Had an issue with bugs all over the room, primarily by the window with the A/C unit"

"Cool"
