"This property has so much potential, stayed a couple of years ago and it was great. I wanted a top floor balcony room with a lake view. I made a mistake when reserving the room and got a first floor pool view room instead. I was told there were no other rooms available but was assured as soon as one was available we would be moved. We stayed for a week, never notified of a different room. The pool was dirty, it was never cleaned and the pump and filters were either not working or never turned...

"The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again."

Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. "The smell in that property was very bad. It was all over and more on elevator. They have sprayed the room sprayer heavily in spite of that it was nauseating. I have never stayed in any such smelly hotel. Since we booked last minute this came in our budget. But my stay experience was completely spoiled due to the smell. Food was okay and no room service unless you ask."
