"We had a problem with our door key and lock, and even through it was past office hours when we checked in the front desk lady was so sweet and made sure we got another room and were accommodated before she left for the night."

"Housekeeping came to the room barely made the beds and left all trash on the flor that was not there originally, shower was dirty, and shampoo/conditioner/ and soap dispensers where clogged or empty. It’s in a great location but attention to details in cleaning is missing."

"The hotel has begun a much overdue renovation. If you are staying anytime soon, be SURE to ask for a remodeled room. Otherwise you are in for a shock! "

"Very cozy little cottage with an excellent breakfast place on site. The room was quiet and cozy for an overall pleasant stay in Hot Springs. The location was great. It was close enough to Bathhouse Row but far enough that you felt out of the busyness of downtown. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was decorated so cute with a fun Hot Springs theme, which made it feel extra special. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was extremely clean and well organized.The hosts were incredibly responsive and clearly go the extra mile in ways that many hosts don’t. When we arrived there were snacks waiting for us, and they even had extra toothbrushes available in case you forgot yours—such a thoughtful touch.The house is very well stocked with everything you might need during your stay: plenty of towels, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and more. They also provide lots of maps and activity ideas in the kitchen, which was really helpful for planning our time in the area.There’s even a carport, which would be great during bad weather. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. I would highly recommend this host and house, and we would absolutely stay here again!"
