"We were in San Clemente for a weekend of wedding activities and just needed a home base between events. The added bonus was its location to the beach for early morning walks before the busyness started. The property is not air conditioned (which we learned is typical in that area) so keep that in mind. The property manager was very responsive in a timely manner and took care of our questions. "

"Location is convenient for walking either to the beach or to the downtown restaurants. Cottage is comfortable with lots of room for 2 people. WiFi is great, very fast. Outdoor deck is very roomy and airy with plenty of seating. This was my second stay here so I definitely recommend. Riki is a great host as well. "

"My dog and I stayed for a weekend. We had an event in the area and the location was perfect. Everything was immaculate, bed super comfortable, very peaceful and quiet. The owner was always available to answer all my questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The description is on point. It is such a cute little house! With very cool wine themed decoration and the bed has an awesome design! We will definitely be back! We ubered to the wineries and good thing bc there was a check point! (According to locals, that doesnā€™t happen often but better safe than sorry) check times before heading out as well. "Excellent location. Robert was great at handling the couple of requests we had. Walk to beaches, restaurants, free trolley to downtown Laguna Beach. Cannot park on premises but never had a problem parking. This was fond of Lay to June 1. Parking may be different in summer months. Would recommend."

"The very small cottage was cute and comfortable. When we got there we were surprised with an ant trap in the kitchen that was attracting ants from all over the kitchen. I texted the owner but never heard back. I sprayed the kitchen, cleaned up the trap and put a clean trap down. We dealt with this the entire stay. Itā€™s beautiful there, especially in the mornings. Everything else was good and bed was comfortable. We made the best of it."
