For a minimal cost they can add bedroom blackout curtains vs the the temp ones we had to hang ourselves. Coffee maker is old school. A nice Keurig coffee station would be a nice to have for the guests and not break the bank. We spent most the time on the back decks and unplugged from the world. Easy access...
