"A dismal filthy small unit that is completely unkept. Unusable backyard and in a very noisy area. The bathroom is completely unusable. I’ve never seen anything like it honestly. The bathroom sink comes up to your thighs (I’m 5’ 9”). The place is overrun by gnats and spiders. My teenage daughters were horrified. Dave should be ashamed and embarrassed to promote “Staying with Dave”. His moniker should be “Staying in a Dump”. Definitely NA on this property ."
