"The one main issue is getting to this hotel with local taxi charging huge sums to go 4 km /they do run shuttle bus so I used grab which is the cheapest option /.the hotel room the bed is lovely and deluxe the bathrooms are not so and look a little unfair well and could do with a make over / local restaurant nearby although they are not cheap overall 4 stars and it is near the airport "

"Very good, apart from being put in a room directly beneath their bar/club on floor 32 which played loud music till 0100. They were able to move us the next day to a nicer room albeit 16 floors lower down. Service was great and place was well kept. "

"Everything is great basically except for not much dining restaurants at night nearby. Varieties of hotel breakfast is great but the quality of food could be improved."

"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...
