"For a Sheraton, you expect a little better. This property is ok. If you want to order food from the restaurant, it's always a long wait to get your food as they don't have much staff. Sometimes it's only the bartender. I swear it takes so long to get your food that he must be running to the back to cook it too! Lol. Food is just ok. Very annoying that the hotel shares a huge parking lot with other businesses, yet charges a daily parking fee. Feels so nickle and dime."

"NO CLOSET and NO HANGERS! Came for a special event and had no way to hang my dresses, so be mindful if you're traveling for an event or business trip. You get 1 drawer and 2 hooks that were useless. Lots of noise from adjoining rooms. Shower not clean enough for my standards."

"The staff was exceptional! They even charged our electric car so we were left on a full charge. They were kind enough to drive our elderly mother to and from dinner in their courtesy vehicle!"

"The grounds were well maintained and the lobby was inviting. They did their best o help accommodate an early check in which was wonderful. The rooms were spacious but dated and the bathroom a little dingy with mold spots in the shower. The direct TV channel selection was LIMITED to put it nicely and there were very few options for family friendly viewing choices."

"Great location at an affordable price for access to Tomales Bay with beautiful views, good staff, clean and comfortable lodgings. Although Wi-Fi is provided, go there to unplug and enjoy the peaceful surroundings! The on site restaurant is pretty good, serving local fare and delicious cocktails alongside great views of the dock and bay- just don’t expect to get breakfast there as they only open for lunch and dinner."
