Nestled up in the beautiful rolling hills of Laguna Beach, you’ll find a hidden gem! A one bedroom, one bath studio with a peekaboo ocean view, tranquil outdoor sitting area, kitchenette, walk in closet, tons of storage and a private garage. Enjoy sitting on the flower filled patio listening to the soothing sounds of the fountain while you wake up the day with coffee, or wind it down with a glass of wine.

Attached to the owner’s home, this is the perfect home away from home. Enjoy the benefits of your own home without all the work associated with moving. Completely furnished, bring your clothes and open the Dutch door to feel the refreshing ocean breeze.

Drive (3 minutes) or walk (1.2 miles) to the beach and spend the day listening and playing in the surf. Jump on the fun trolley’s and spend the days exploring the art galleries and shops around town. Dine at Laguna’s exquisite selections of restaurants and cafe's. Perfectly centered between Los Angeles and San Diego, you could explore all the treasures of Southern California for months!

Quiet, neat & clean getaway

Great location in Laguna Beach with easy access to Dana Point a few miles to the south and Corona Del Mar, Balboa Island & Newport Beach a few miles to the north.
