"We had a great week long stay here! Location was perfect-close to Disney, LA, family in Anaheim and lots of stores and places to eat nearby. We felt very safe in the unit the entire stay. Host was very friendly and very responsive to our needs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all things needed. Loved the outside balcony/porch attached to one of the bedrooms. Parking was always easy to find. Building unit is in is super cute with a water feature in the courtyard!"

We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. "I would not rent this place!! It’s not accurate with the description that you see on VRBO. The location was not desirable. There was street car racing and Cops everywhere on the streets. It took forever get hot water in the shower. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable to sleep on either. There was a DJ below the unit that that played music from 6-10. That was not mentioned on the VRBO site. I would definitely think twice before renting this unit."

"This is a residential house that has been carved up into pieces to maximize the rental opportunity. Our bedroom consisted of an extra small illegal build on under the patio, and a giant room with 12 feet walls which had a tiny window above 10 feet height you could not open. So no aeration possibly. The utensils were minimal and missing little spoons, plates were spare also with missing regular dinning plates. The kitchen counter pain was chipped. We had to get insurance and we had to pay extra...
