"Wonderful host! Great location for travellers, just next to the A9. We loved the lounge and the fireplace. Lovely breakfast!"

"Good customer service"

"Good place to stay. It was clean and in a convenient location. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the sound proofing. I believe people may live above floor two and they stayed up walking around until after midnight. Wouldn’t be a problem at all except there is no sound proofing in the room I was in. Other than that a fantastic place to stay and would recommend."

"Awesome stay"

"This is a fairly new property and this is reflected in the modern decor, and clean & smart set up. No staff on site but arrangements communicated beforehand in terms of property access and room key collection were faultless. Parking on site so no issues with proximity. We did not have breakfast (book and pay separately if required). River runs behind the property so soothing sound of running (nay rushing) water throughout. Only issue was the green light (fire regs ?) meant the room was not dark...

"Not the best service in the bar"

"Lovely hotel in great location with nice restaurant and good breakfast options - recommend"

"Absolutely would recommend this place. Check in information was great and very easy. We were travelling by bike and they let us access the secure bike storage early so we could enjoy the town without worrying about them. The room was spacious and spotless and the shower was brilliant. Hamish from housekeeping was very friendly and kind to our daughter as we were leaving. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very nice too. Great view of the canal locks and close to all the amenities of Fort...

"A little tricky to check in, but the staff at the cafe next door were able to help us. The room was very cute and comfy! Parking was also convenient for an overnight stay."

"The property is sweet and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location close to town is perfect if you want to park and walk about. The best part is the host Gary who is full of information on the areas and happy to give ideas on what sites to visit. Sue prepares a lovely breakfast and Gary serves it at your preferred time."

"The toilet sink was partially block. When I mentioned this to the lady of the of theB&B she merely said oh! I’ll get my plunger out later. She must have known this before as she cleans the property. The electric shower was ancient and I barely got a shower. Generally the property was less clean than I would’ve expected."

"All facilities were available for our needs. unfortunately the springs in the mattress were broken and there were several lumps which we were laying on which resulted in myself getting a sore back. The sofa bed needed cleaning as was very stained. On entering the apartment the floor was very uneven whilst walking on it because the whole apartment seemed as it was subsiding."

"Amazing place to stay but definitely pricey. Huge rooms and such a cool location. Lots to explore on the property."

"We really enjoyed our stay.It was in great location, area around was really lovely and rooms was great."
