Lovely property, beautiful room, and perfect accommodation for us splitting our road trip from Edinburgh to the Highlands/Isle of Skye. We loved the accessibility and ease of check in. Wish we had a bit longer here!
Amazing find for the first night of our holiday. We found the homemade cookies a lovely touch. Lovely clean and well maintained room, a delicious breakfast that set us up for the day and friendly, helpful staff. 10/10 stay for us and would love to return again in the future.
This was a beautiful property. The room was spacious and well laid out for our family of four. Check in was simple and clearly communicated. Thank you for the lovely stay!
Good place to stay. It was clean and in a convenient location. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the sound proofing. I believe people may live above floor two and they stayed up walking around until after midnight. Wouldn’t be a problem at all except there is no sound proofing in the room I was in. Other than that a fantastic place to stay and would recommend.
Was only there for one night and didn't spend a huge amount of time there but it was a lovely, clean and well designed room with a very nice en-suite and comfortable bed. Good set up with self check in. In a quite area near to the local stops for great access. Would definitely stay again.
Very clean and well appointed rooms. Contactless check-in was simple thanks to the advance email fro. The hotel. A little disappointed we were not able to eat at the property due to lack of staff but several other options a few minutes away.
We would return!
Room was wonderfully updated and clean. Comfortable beds and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this to others when visiting this area.
We will definitely be back. Decor is modern but cosy. Breakfast at the sister hotel was great. The location is perfect for families. A ten out of ten trip!
The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. However, it is one of the places with self-check in where you are entirely dependent on messages to access the place. Also, because of staff shortages you were directed to another property a few Km's away for breakfast.
B&, we'll there was only one B, with a chatbot doesn't cut it for me. An unfortunate trend which seems to be taking hold.
Safe, quiet, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. Absolutley enjoyed our stay. Shower supplies from the Highland Soap Co were an absolute blast - had two best showers of my life :)
Stayed in the alpine family room which was EXCELLENT - two separated (by doors) areas - one with twin beds, one with a double. Lovely clean, personal hotel and a fantastic breakfast (£13 extra each for fully cooked). The town was a good stop off between Edinburgh and Loch Ness for us, but actually plenty of local sights to see. Check in is by key code but worked well enough. Two floors of steps (no problem for us but if that’s a challenge then be warned).
Great for a family stop over. Really nice comfortable rooms and amenities. Highly recommended.
The only minor comment is that the kids could not reach the shampoo and shower gel mounted to the wall! A really minor comment but maybe something that could be changed. Would definitely stay at this hotel or their sister hotel in Kingusie (The Crossing) again in the future.
Easy to access the property, and you can order your breakfast at check in. The room was really clean, and so beautifully decorated. The rooms aren't as sound proofed as expected, but still a lovely place to stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff member we spoke to was so helpful. Will be back!
