"Nice property. Unfortunately, we had no hot water for several days and couldn’t use the outdoor pool for a day and a half due to a fashion show they had organized. Still, we loved our room and enjoyed our time visiting Naples and the beautiful beaches. "

"The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to have some kind of dehumidifier in the room as the temperature, which we controlled, was fine but there was a cool claminess to the room that made everything feel damp after a day or two. Breakfast was good with mostly grab and go items but they were plentiful, and each of the items (bagels etc) were individually wrapped which kept everything fresh. The best thing about this place was the wonderful garden and common areas. There were beautiful lush plants, a beautiful, large pool with plenty of places to sit. Little boardwalks running through the area and the cute enclosed Tiki hut for breakfast made this a fun, (and very economical) oasis for our 3 night stay. Finally, it is a convenient drive to beaches and downtown Naples as well as shopping and restaurants. We definitely recommend! "

"Home was extremely dirty. When we arrived there were bugs in the shower, hand prints down the walls, carpet was dirty spotted and crunchy. The freezer had rust all over the inside as well. Overall, it was very disappointing how dirty the home was. There were also electricity issues in the home. Lights flashing on and off and some outlets/switches not working. The kitchen and pool were nice, but the home needs a lot of work and was not accurately reflected in the pictures."

"Enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook with. Bedrooms were comfortable loved the outdoor area and the pool. Great location. There was a grill provided, but very little propane so we didn’t use it. Everything was stocked that you would need to go to the beach."

"It was perfect for a group we had six women so the six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths worked perfect for us. The living room & kitchen were large and great areas to hang out in. The pool was a good size. There were 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas which we enjoyed using at the beach."

"We arrived around 10 PM only needing a place to stay overnight during our travels. We did not utilize the restaurant or any of the facilities. The location was great for what we needed and the room was perfect for a family of five."
