"We stayed at this property for a leadership retreat. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and surrounding attractions. The updated kitchen was great for preparing meals, and the extra refrigerator was a nice bonus.Unfortunately, the property did not live up to the photos in the listing. While relatively clean, the furniture was noticeably worn, and the home is on need of some updating and maintenance. Towels were limited, although disclosed prior to arrival, one towel per person is not ideal. We also encountered a very large cockroach inside, an active wasp nest near the front entrance, and deteriorating stonework outside the front door that was falling apart.One additional note: Be mindful of the checkout time, as the property manager (or cleaners - not sure) arrived at the exact time of checkout. Fortunately we were pulling out at the same time they arrivedOverall, the home served our needs, but it did fall a bit short of our expectations. With some improvements and better upkeep, it could be a much more enjoyable property."

"We had an excellent holiday at this property. Communication was always quick and easy and the pre-arrival directions spot on. On arrival the villa was clean and well prepared. The master king bed is very comfortable. The various chairs and sofas were all comfortable. All the appliances work and are of good quality. The air-con works well and is responsive to changes in setting on the thermostat so we could have the different temperatures we wished at night and in the day.The pool is great - the two sun beds comfortable.The were a couple of minor problems which Dan fixed promptly and efficiently.The area seems to be quiet (end September to early October) and near to some excellent restaurants.I very much enjoyed using one of the cycles (there are 2 with derailleur gears and 2 fixed gear bikes) for cycling round the area. Parking outside was easy. On the driveway.Difficult to find a criticism. We would be very happy to return."

"Asif was amazing with communicating. There was a little issue at check in however Asif addressed it and had us in the home with in minutes of pulling up. The house is a nice house. Pool and hot tub were wonderful along with the screened in porch in the back. I rated the cleanliness at a 4 because I do have high expectations when staying at a nice home like this. There were crumbs on the floor and it looked as if there was a rush job on the cleaning. It is not his fault as I am sure they have a cleaning crew they hire. We vacuumed and cleaned up to our liking once we checked in. Overall it still deserves a 5 star for the place as a whole. I look forward to coming back again next year and renting with them again. We have been coming to Naples for the last few years and this was my first rental with Asif and will be using him again. Thanks Asif for a wonderful week!"
