"Liked: Geothermal heating and cooling! Windows that open and an indicator of when it would be desirable to open them. Central location for Oberlin College and town. Esthetically pleasing architecture and decor. Disliked: A worker using a leaf blower for a long time, to clear about 10 leaves from the entire expanse of sidewalk on three sides of the hotel. Unnecessary!"

"Great"

"My only complaint was, upon arriving and checking in, we were told that the pool was heated. We came early with our granddaughters and were excited to take them swimming. The pool was the coldest pool that I’ve ever felt. We told the staff about it, we stayed two nights and the temperature never got warmer. We could not let those 5 month old, 3 and 5 year olds swim in this ice bath."

"The staff had lied on behalf of my spacial needs relatives that were staying here for 3+ days. Told my grandma and I that there were no more available spot to book more days for them. My husband called shortly after, and the woman told him there were rooms available. But yet, he looked me in my eyes and swore they were doing construction and couldn't do so. That's wrong."

"Room needed a bit better cleaning. Corners in bathroom dirty. Needed a vacuum as we stepped on some small sharp plastic pieces on the carpet."

"I stayed a week and a half to visit family. I have to say the staff is so wonderful! Very helpful and kind. I travel all over the country and it is hard to find good staff who love their jobs. The lobby is beautiful and well kept and the food was amazing! Would have liked to use the indoor pool but the heater was not working so it was too cold. The room was a little disappointing however. Overall it was clean but it is fully carpeted so I always feel like they are most likely never shampood...

"The only complaint I had was that my sink faucet was extremely loose. Someone probably needs to go in there and replace it or tighten it down."

"The layout was cool and it was peaceful"

"Cut my foot open from a clear plastic tab attached to the edge of the 2' carpet square that wasn't attached to the floor. The motorized windows blind wouldn't close and the outside lights lit up the walls in my room. Front desk did nothing!"

"The hotel is amazing. We travel with a cat. They treat you and your pet so friendly and thoughtful. The only complaint is they have a long counter in the bathroom area, but there is no outlets to plug in flat irons, hair dryer etc. Only outlet is the coffee pot or refrigerator plug. Not very convenient. Great stay, wonderful bartender!"
