"Nothing stood out about the facility."

"This is the second time we stayed at the Orbit. Simple yet clean rooms, hallways and lobby. Shuttle to the airport was 10 minutes late though."

"The staff had lied on behalf of my spacial needs relatives that were staying here for 3+ days. Told my grandma and I that there were no more available spot to book more days for them. My husband called shortly after, and the woman told him there were rooms available. But yet, he looked me in my eyes and swore they were doing construction and couldn't do so. That's wrong."

"This property was in a great location near Great Northern Mall. This was our 1st stay there, but we will return."

"It was near the place where I wanted to be staying"

"Room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the large screen TV and the many channels that were available. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, potatoes, and pancakes, in addition to the normal continental breakfast options, which was very nice."

"I can’t believe that Hilton has not yanked the Hampton Inn franchise from this location. It is old, poorly maintained, drab and grungy. Not the quality that a Hampton Inn should be. Rooms were small, bedding seemed old. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable."

"The hotel was exactly what we needed during a home renovation. I was a little frustrated by the “regulars” that stand outside the door and smoke every 30 minutes plus the weed smell in the halls. Our room was clean and served us well. It would have been nice to have had dish soap waiting for us but that was a minor inconvenience. In a perfect world, I would have liked an elevator."

"Plenty of area to Walk your dogs."

"Booked a room for a Cleveland Browns game. Checked into the hotel before the game. We did not go to the room. We only got our keys and left for the game. Came back to the hotel after the game and we went to our room. The door was wide open and the room had been stripped down by housekeeping. Room was full of bugs and had no sheets, pillows, blankets or towels. Went to front desk and we were told there were no other rooms available. Hotel and Expedia will not give us a refund. Worst service ever."

"Bed was good and bathroom! No bedbugs"

"The chair in the bathroom should be more firm and cleaner for people in wheelchairs to use."

"Staff was very helpful"
