"Felipe & the Selvario 36 Team was fabulous. Prompt, courteous staff service in English, Spanish, and other possible languages, made for an exceptionally wonderful time. It’s in an excellent location. The rooms were clean, but quaint, modern, luxurious, and “artly-designed”. Plus, there’s a free massage! The breakfast options were adequate. To add to this, the sound-proofing (for the room and the windows/doors) and white noise machine, were restorative necessities! The decently-stocked rooftop bar has a wonderful view and a pool. "Property definitely upper end, very clean, safe area, quiet, and somewhat a good value. I do have to complain about checking in at the front desk and the staff at their free breakfast. Il be honest, not sure if they were having a bad day or just didn’t like am American or one that can’t speak Spanish. However , the bellman were nothing less than excellent and very helpful. Overall, it’s a great place, nice rooms, great location (el Ploblado) and I would stay there again. "
