"Words will never adequately express the level of excellence achieved by this NOLA oasis. My positive experience began days before my arrival. I received a call to confirm my reservation and Jenny inquired which room might be more to my liking. What a concept! I loved it. Upon arrival, I discovered that not only had they upgraded me, but my room was also ready early. What a wonderful surprise! The Welcome chocolates, the welcome drink, the attentive staff, the pool oasis, and the overall vibe of the hotel make it my new personal favorite hotel in the country. I will definitely be back!"
