"Just blocks from downtown LaJolla,this home had everything our group of 8 needed. Outdoor grill and 2 patios, comfy seating,large dining room table. Kitchen could use a few replacements on utensils etc but not anything major. This was a central spot for us to sight-see,dine and walk downtown every day to see the seals,sea lions and other native animals.Lots of dining walkable to downtown for fit adults( inclines on walk back) Owners extremely easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our stay very much."

"The hotel is in a GREAT location and the view from the common area looking over the ocean is gorgeous. The rooms themselves are clean but dated. Front desk has limited hours so if you need anything, you need to get to them early before they leave for the day. If you don't need modern conveniences, it is a very nice place to stay."
