"We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "

"The location is perfect and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. Internet access is very fluid. One small improvement could be made in re. the kitchen cleaning supplies/bathroom supplies, too limited for a stay longer than a week. But overall very pleasant stay. Thank you!"

"Staff were brilliant, pool by reception was clean... accommodation was poor, scuffs etc very dated and basic, one flat pillow per person ans you have to make the beds yourself . Outdoor space .... birds nest in all alcoves in roof so poop on furniture and by the doors all the time. "

Pourtant nous avions réservés et payés à l'avance la réservation et nous avons essayé, en vain, de les contacter pour prévenir de notre retard de 20 minutes...! Obligés de trouver un autre établissement en urgence le week-end de Pâques ! Merci de nous avoir planté là, grâce à vous nous avons découvert un autre hôtel Des Dunes, où nous avons été accueillis gentiment par des professionnels très sympathiques...

"We enjoyed our week's stay on this lovely island. The accommodation was very good value for the price paid. We were given a house actually meant to accomodate 5-6 people so we had plenty of room plus a small yard area with garden furniture. It was well-equipped generally although we did find the mattresses on the beds were a bit thin and so not as comfortable as we would have liked - but then after a busy day walking and exploring we slept well anyway!
