The staff was very helpful in assisting us with our early arrival and late departure. The breakfast had a nice selection and was well-stocked. For the price, the property was really great. Couldn’t ask for a better location to visit the city, close to the train station and close to the old port.

Top notch hotel! I will stay here again. The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and gracious. I booked the hotel last minute and my room was ready instantly, the bed larger than I expected and the two windows had nice views! The mattress, bedding and pillows were comfortable and very plush. The property is as close to the water as you can get with lovely shops and restaurants all around. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and welcome. There was coffee and tea in the room and powerful AC that was much appreciated since I was here during the massive heat wave that broke records across Europe. Merci to the staff for a wonderful stay! 🌸

We stayed in a large room for one night - I had chosen the hotel on its design as shown on Expedia - it’s been updated, from industrial to slightly tacky with a profusion of multicolor grotesque chandeliers… and the courtyard has been transformed into the breakfast room. Not my taste anymore! It would be great to have updated pictures for the advert. The staff was lovely. The breakfast had an abundance of choice - great - just a shame that the pains au chocolat were not fresh. Apart from that, the room and bathroom were very large and, most importantly with the incredibly hot weather, the room aircon was working!

Hotel is well located , close to centre - no parking so you will have to pay each day - our room was tiny - bed was 1 foot from toilet and shower room . Close to all restaurants and shops , big wheel etc etc

The parking was the only difficulty - finding the actual car park, and organising the parking permit. Better info should have been sent via Hotels,com. Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, and dealt with all other issues effectively.

A gem in a beautiful toen

This hotel is an old factory that has been converted into a stunning hotel. The room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The location could not have been better, two minutes walk from the many restaurants and bars. Wonderful.

La Fabrique is well situated in La Rochelle with many dining and sightseeing options a stones throw away, and walkable to the Encan conference facility. The staff was enthusiastic and helpful. Our only issue was a leaky AC unit that dripped constantly and which was apparently not fixable by the staff. A reasonable price for the great location.

Lovely stay

The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside was when using the card for the parking we had to go back to the hotel to hand it back after we had left. Maybe the option of a drop-off box at the parking location would be a better idea. But other than that minor issue the hotel cleanliness, location, was brilliant.

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Special mention goes to Barbara at the reception desk. She was incredibly helpful during our check-in, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Barbara went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing and helping us find all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly set the tone for our stay. In addition to Barbara's fantastic service, Yuri and Anton at the bar also deserve high praise. They were both incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service throughout our time at the hotel. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our evenings at the bar a delightful experience. Overall, the staff at this hotel made our stay memorable with their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff.

Cosy and good enough for 1-2 nights passing by La Rochelle. The separate toalett and shower make it more difficult to wading your hands after visited the loo. Airconditioner is very good. Breakfast was okay. Cleaning daily and one little bottle every day is provided.
