"This is a very colonial era hotel, beautiful decor and ambience. The location is not bad, night time is a bit scary to go out. The room we had was nice, it was on the first floor. We really enjoyed the garden terrace and the rooftop terrace with a nice view. Breakfast was included and made fresh for you. It would have been nice if all the staff were bilingual in speaking English. Despite the language barrier all the staff were very accommodating, pleasant and friendly. We want to give a shout...

"If you can get a room on a higher floor it is nice and quiet. I stayed on the second floor where I could hear reception as well as the street noise and then also on the fourth floor facing the garden where it was extremely quiet. Staff was kind. Breakfast was basic but good."

If the taxi driver didn't wait for me until I got in, I would've been stranded in a foreign city all by myself at midnight. I had to go drving around looking for a place to stay. Since I made the booking throught your site, was charged for my stay in december and didn't get the service, I am requesting a refund....
