We had a **very pleasant stay in Bogotá**. The hotel was nice and the suites were **spacious, comfortable, and well maintained**. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the manager allowing us to **stay a little past the regular checkout time**, which was very accommodating and made our departure much easier. Overall, **great accommodations, excellent breakfast, and wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended!**

Eutimio the door/bellman was so cheerful, courteous, informative, and an absolute pleasure-he should be given a substantial raise as he is the face of the property! The rest of the staff was very good but he is exceptional!

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty good breakfast. Comfortable. The only problem, and it is a big one, is the wifi. It is too weak to be useful. They gave me a plug in hotspot to use and it didn't solve the problem. I had to work while there and the wifi was insufficient for me to work. Entirely too weak and unreliable. This hotel must improve their Wifi.
