"I requested an airport transfer service from the hotel & they notified me that the driver would contact me via WhatsApp. I arrived at the airport in Bogota but nobody had contacted me, so I sent a WA message to the hotel & they said they would get in touch with the driver. I waited for over 30 minutes & was frustrated because nobody showed up so I ended up taking a ride share service.
