"Punta Cana is our home away from home and I would 100 percent recommend this house and using Punta Cana concierge. Adrian with Punta Concierge made our stay seamless. He helped us arrange everything so that we could truly just relax and enjoy our vacation. Vanessa was our housekeeper and she made us breakfast every day that was amazing. She always had a smile on her face and kept the house spotless. Adrian also arranged a private chef dinner for my birthday at the house that was a perfect Dominican inspired meal. Can’t wait until our next trip. "

"Leny & Olivier thank you for sharing your wonderful house with our family (my wife and I our three kids aged 23, 21 & 16 and two girlfriends aged 23 & 21) over New Years. Your communications ahead of our visit helped us be prepared for an easy arrival and airport transfers. Lorenzo (Property Manager) was amazing at stocking the house with all the food (and beverages) we requested for the week. Jorge (Chef), Luce, and Rosa were amazing at cooking delicious meals that accommodated our requests for local flavors and they kept the house spotless during our stay (including always having fresh towels for the beach and pool). It was very helpful that one of our guests spoke Spanish to coordinate with Jorge, Luce and Rosa. The 6 bedroom each with private full bathrooms were spacious and always clean. The outdoor movie screen is nice (after dark) and the sound system was used all day around the pool. The golf carts were great allowing us to explore Punta Cana including the beaches, the Westin, and the Lagoons at the environmental center (which Lorenzo helped us get discount tickets for). None of our family are golfers so we cannot comment on the golf, but the course looked amazing."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home at Tortuga Bay. The home is beautifully furnished and updated, the rooms spacious and the location is ideal. Jean, the chef is outstanding. I have stayed at the club many times before and we planned to go out for dinner several evenings. After the first dinner prepared by her, we cancelled the balance of our dinner reservations and ate at home! This rental is better stocked with essentials, from basic seasonings, to cutlery, crockery and appliances etc. than any I have stayed in before. The home was spotless, cleaned daily and Eduardo is very organised and very responsive to any questions that we had, the perfect person to rent from. I highly recommend this rental to anyone considering renting in Punta Cana."
