Had the best vacation at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and always helpful. The beach was phenomenal. The resort was always fun because of the daily activities yet also very calming at the same time. The gym was top notch. Special shout out to Jorge at the beach, Elena by the pool, Odalis at guest services and Walma helped us with our luggage.
