"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our host, George, welcomed us, was very helpful in getting us settled in and was available to address questions we had. He provided a sprinkler for our grandkids that was one of their favourite parts of their stay. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. "

"This is the second stay for my wife and I at this property. We’re from good ol’ U.S. of A, and our standards tend to be incredibly high. The owners of this property never, ever cease to amaze us with their attention to detail for their property. If you want my review, simply read the review I left (sans geese) in June 2022. Nothing has changed, which is a very good thing. And make no mistake, if you stay here:RESPECT THEIR PROPERTY andLEAVE THIS PROPERTY CLEANER THAN YOU FOUND IT!!!"

"The property is better than what it is listed for. There were extra kitchen supplies that we wouldn't have expected. It was clean, comfortable and so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll be booking again. "

"The Roadhouse was super great!! The friendliest staff, clean and spacious rooms, very quiet. They have a giant cabinet of quite literally everything you might need on a trip and a great selection of snacks. Really nice hot tub room with a hot tub that’s actually hot. Nice, hot breakfast in the morning. Big Smoakk BBQ is only across the parking lot and has great food, giant portions. 10/10 recommend!"
