"I do not recommend staying in the family room at this hotel. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The room had a centralized AC system that was not working properly and produced a very unpleasant odor whenever it was running. Unfortunately, during a heat wave, turning the AC off was not a realistic option. Since it is a centralized system, guests cannot control it themselves and must contact the front desk whenever adjustments are needed. After I reported the issue, we left the hotel...

"The location worked well for our trip here. The luggage storage is very helpful and the AC felt amazing. Very helpful staff as well. The showers are small so it takes some getting used to. The bed was very comfortable."
