"Everything was very good. The only thing that left me disappointed was the condition of the lobby. It looked like it would be a horrible room but once we got in the room, the room was very good. I didn’t like also that there were dishes we could use but nothing to actually wash it after. So dishes were left in the sink for the whole stay. They didn’t wash it. We had dish soap but no towels to wash or dry it. All in all it was a great experience!"

"The staff was soo friendly and kind. The breakfast was amazing and the AC is always a plus. The only thing I think should be different is allowing guest to eat their “outside food” in the shared spaces. The restaurant menu at this Citizen M is not anything crazy or innovative, they should allow people to eat in shared spaces. Citizens M rooms are already so tiny and not allowing guest to eat where they want is a bit odd. Most guest are not from Paris and there for want to try other food. Citizen M hotels in America don’t have that rule so it kind of shocked me. Other than that all was great."

"The property was clean, and the location was perfect—close to the La Défense metro station and a safe 1–2 AM walk from the metro to the hotel. Directly in front, there was a nice grocery store that supplied everything we needed for our stay. We booked two units two to three months in advance, so it surprised me that they were unable to allocate them on the same floor or side by side. If you have a similar setup, I recommend calling them ahead of time to confirm your preferences. Although our unit included a kitchenette, no paper towels were provided, and the stove in one of the units was not working. As for the front desk, some staff members were very helpful, while others seemed bothered when I asked for assistance. Overall, everything else was good, and I would recommend considering this place for your stay in Paris."
Renaissance Paris La Defense Hotel

"The location is excellent and gives one direct access to the elevated "mall" area. We did not eat there as other nearby options were available. One word,,eclair, baguette. One must hop a cab to get to the important activities in Paris, 35 E. The rooms were not kept clean enough or serviced very well. We think there is a shortage of housekeeping staff. The front desk staff was excellent. There is a hydration room with excellent filtered water and a coffee machine available, although it broke down and remained broken over the weekend. The hotel experienced a "brown out" and some rooms lost power, temporaraly. Parking is easy and part of the hotel, below. This is a business hotel in a "quiet" location for Paris. If we returned to Paris we would chose to stay elsewhere. Again the front desk staff were EXCELLENT. The very best. and we appreciated that."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at OKKO hotels. The hotel is situated conveniently, just a few steps from a bus/ train station. The staff were very welcoming and offered to store my luggage before check-in time as well. The room was also very clean and a good size with a modern bathroom. I also liked the water dispenser feature on each floor as it was very hot weekend and it was nice to not have to buy endless bottles of water."

"Excellent hotel. Room was really good with cooking facilities. Great aircon especially as it was so hot during my stay. Ideal location if attending the arena de la defense. A couple of stops away on the metro or can easily be walked in about 20 minutes. Very reasonable price too."
