"The room was not as clean as expected of Japanese standards. It is, however, very comfortable, being spacious and well provided with everything travellers need. The shower is also sufficiently hot and strong. Breakfast provided offered a great variety of food, in particular special local food with clear descriptions to give foreign visitors a taste of Kyoto food. This arrangement is really thoughtful.
