"The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Pillows were nice and mattress I wish I had one at home. Staff were helpful with parking instructions and shuttle information. I did not have breakfast or go to the bar this trip but in the past time I have stayed there have not had anything bad to say about them. "I tried so hard to not leave a bad review because I believe any manager on duty has the power to make things right if they just listen to their customers. After trying to reach a manager several times for over a week and a half after our stay and being told someone would call me back all I wanted to do is be heard but no one ever called. Unfortunately, our visit was not the greatest. We requested a microwave several times on multiple days that we stayed on property but no one ever brought one...
