"I was SO excited (as were my guests) about the rooftop pool at the Hilton downtown. But this, by far, was one of the worst experiences that any of us have had in a LONG time.
Upon arrival, VINNY the valet guy, was exceedingly RUDE. Not only did he start an argument with me about leaving my car for a few minutes, but he threatened to give me my keys back and make me park my car myself. Like what?!? Who does that?!? I heard him arguing with other guests about random things for 2 days. Not a good...
"Out stay was met with construction in the upper floors above us 7am to 7 pm. No coffee shop open. The restaurant only open 6 am to 2 pm and it was buffet style . Ice machines down. If i wanted this type of service I would ha e stayed at La Quinta or Holiday in.."
