"Having Starbucks on the property was nice and the staff was helpful. I disagree with the hotel practice to charge $65 for valet parking and parked at a public parking garage 2 blocks away for $15. I also disagree with getting pre charged $50 for incidental A DAY in a hotel that does not offer anything in the room to be purchased and just hands 2 water bottles at check in for the duration of the entire stay."

"The condition of the room was poor…cracks in walls, mold in bathroom, dirty carpet. The room number sign wasn’t even on the door."
