"Lovely hotel, great for families and small children in terms of the pool facilities. Good slides. Nice beach area and evening entertainment . Great activity team, engaging with all and good games. Beds super comfy and lovely walk in showers. Staff go above and beyond to help Food was ok, this is personal choice though, variety but at times cold , fresh fruits and ice creams in abundance . Food was better at the water park though, burgers, chicken and rice and jacket potatoes daily Nice Starbucks on ground floor serving selective drinks , was never to busy for us Bus to water park works really well, never waited more than 5-8 mins for it to come and if want to walk takes 5 mins."

"Nice hotel, very conveniently placed to the old city. About a 10 minute walk. Lots of nice traditional kebab restaurants around the hotel serving delicious food and cheaper than in the old city. Staff at the hotel very friendly and rooms were clean. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"Had an amazing Time at this hotel room Beautiful & clean we stayed in a suite on the top floor that had amazing sea views. Breakfast had a great choice of delicious foods great relaxing spa with indoor pool sauna steam room relaxing rooms for massage & spa treatments at a reasonable price with special offers.This hotel is super if your an avid plane spotter as it is its situated in the flying space over the hotel. Staff are very friendly & very helpful especially Bartu who was very helpful with everything regarding my room such a pleasant assertive guy & very understanding! Bilge who worked on reception helped me with ordering food from outside one evening they are both very professional and assertive with my requests and quick responses from both of them they was always happy to help they are definitely an asset to the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."

"it was really good vacation. since it was all-inclusive, all food and drink was included. they couldn't make a couple of drink i asked, but it's understandable. Room was clean, food was great and with so many people, they arranged the flow very well. pool, beach and waterpark were good to spend time. (no children)"
