"From the moment we stepped into Wind of Lara Hotel & Spa, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel itself is stunning modern, clean and beautifully maintain but it’s the staff that truly made our experience unforgettable. A special shout-out to Rose from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable every single day. Her kind nature, attentiveness, and professionalism were unmatched. She truly made us feel like valued guests, not just room numbers. The manager with a fringe on the reception desk omg I just loved her was always smiling and helpful, making sure our dining experiences were top-notch. Her energy and friendliness made every mealtime a joy. We were also impressed by Behram and Attila, who were both incredibly hardworking, respectful, and consistently ready to help. Whether it was assisting by the pool or ensuring our needs were met in the common areas, they delivered exceptional service with a smile. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious with great variety, and the entertainment was vibrant and fun for all ages. The pool areas and spa facilities were especially relaxing.
