"Check in was great, staff was very helpful as my youngest son keep leaving stuff around the hotel and staff kindly found it each time and put it aside for us. Busra the gentleman on reception very friendly and welcoming and Dilan, young lady working in dinning area was also very friendly and welcoming too. "This day at this hotel was great. It's very good service very clean. The spa services are very very good. A bid pricey but they are good services. I would definitely stay there again. But I will not have a room on the bottom floor right next to the entrance door. The door slams every time somebody is using it and it wakes you up every time."
