"First time staying with as a family of 3 with a young toddler. Half board included breakfast and dinner which was different for the 2 nights we stayed. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Hotel exterior was also very peaceful and nice. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Superb service. Will be back again!"

"Everything about staying here was great! I only speak English and Korean and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! Especially the manager at the front desk. I got to meet and have simple conversations with the staff. Even the ones that only speak Japanese. They were all friendly and kind regardless of language barriers. "Clean and very big room, well designed. We love the nice and serene landscape while walking along the walkway from the room to the restaurant. We have booked with half board, the sumptuous dinner might have been well enjoyed by some but the amount were too much for us to stomach. Property offers pick-up and sending service from near bus station or train station but you will need to call to the property and make a booking (or just call them when you arrive). "The staff are extremely helpful. They help us make arrangements for the bus interchange and transport from the hotel to the interchange (with their vehicle). I was late for breakfast but they kept it open. The room is excellent value and its lovely looking out over the river. The sound of the running water is beautiful."
