"Stayed one night with four people and it was very nice. The room condition was amazing and everything was very well kept and clean. The bathroom was very nice. Check in went somewhat smoothly. They could’ve sent me the check in info a bit earlier as I had to message them to get it, but they replied within the hour with the instructions. All in all, I believe it is worth the money, it’s not anything super extravagant but it’s a nice hotel."

"The flat is more spacious than I expected and we appreciated the washer and balcony equipped for drying clothes. The kitchen area is very small so it was hard to cook. The futons were very comfortable on the mezzanine level and, although the fan helped, it was very hot during the summer to sleep as the a/c does not reach that high. "Nicely decorated and spacious accommodation. A few issues. 1) They had to be nudged to send me the check-in instruction. 2) The windows have no views as they are placed right in front of the neighbors’ walls. 3) The AC in the den was not working. Out of the 3, I take 1) very seriously. When I called them for the check-in instruction, they didn’t know why it happened nor they seemed to care why it happened. "Good location in downtown Nagasaki - alley cats fighting at night and making a ton of noise will keep light sleepers awake though. Property was a little snug and bathroom could use better ventilation. "

"First location. For me the location is perfect. Small side street that is so quiet, you can't believe you are in a city. Close to temples, shopping and restaurants that are literally one minute away. When you get the code and enter the building it has this quirky charm that makes it so appealing. The room/unit was huge, at least he one that I stayed in. Beautiful wood and tatami matted rooms, full kitchen, separate bathroom and shower. Great futons to sleep on. A true Japanese experience. "The place was nice. The beds were a little terrible though. There's two upstairs rooms, you have to go through the one with the queen bed to get to the one with the two floor futons. 3 out of 5 of the beds were subjectively very uncomfortable. It felt like springs were pushing into your back / side as you slept. All the guests that slept on those beds mentioned it. Other than that though the location is amazing, the place was good. Fairly spacious and fairly nice all around! "

"入室の案内をメール送信してもらいましたが、鍵の置き場所がわからず、確認に40分ほどかかりました。キーボックス→南京錠型のキーボックスであること、南京錠型のキーボックスは建物の外にあることなどをもう少し丁寧に伝えないと、ポストボックスや宅配ボックスをキーボックスと間違えてしまいます。お部屋のコンディションは良かっただけに、入室の案内だけが不親切で残念でした。"
