They sent me a video with a detailed description on how to find the shuttle pick up and were there promptly. "This place is a 10 out of 10, from the moment you arrive you are treated with charm and attentiveness, do go for the breakfast , it’s delicious, varied and quality food. The place is impecable, the beddings are great, the staff is fantastic and welcoming. Location is perfect for first time visitors wanting to see main attractions. You can’t go wrong booking here , highly recommend and will be returning in April . "
